Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Dark Red
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 95 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre
Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag - Open Element 56 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the previous layer - Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the bottom
Open Element 42 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down when happy
Open Element 8 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right
Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place at the top
Open Element 66 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position toward the top
Open Element 27 - resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right
Open Element 26 - Resize as before and position on the left of the books
Open Element 63 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag
Open Element 13 - resize by 35 - Sharpen - Position on the top left of the gravestones layer
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre
Open Element 54 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
