Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Grey

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 28 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 42 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom right

Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom right - Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame layer

Open Element 61 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 27 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom on the previous layer - Duplicate - resize by 80 - sharpen and place on the bottom right - duplicate again and resize by 80 - position on the right of the previous layer - merge the 3 layers together

Open the tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 1 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right of the tube

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
