Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the left

Open Element 24 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the right - Duplicate and position on the left - Merge Down

Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 and position toward the bottom right

Open Element 69 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Element 76 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the right

Open Element 61 - Image - Mirror - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5  and paste as a new layer - Open your close up and position in the frame - Selections - invert - Delete on both layer and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminanace L

Open Element 80 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Duplicate - merge down

Open Element 13 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame

Open Element 32 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame

Open Element 53 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen - Place on the left

Open Element 38 - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position under the previous layer

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame layer - Open Element 2 - Image - Mirror - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
