Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 165 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and Sharpen - Place on the bottom

Open Element 182 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 110 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position to the right

Open Element 140 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 95 - Sharpen and position on the far right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Open Element 148 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and paste in the centre of the tree - Open Element 181 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the tree

Open Frame 9 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left - click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - open paper 18 and paste as a new layer - selections - invert - delete - select none and move to the bottom

Open Element 112 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 73 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 66 - Sharpen and position just to the left of the centre - Open Element 118 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the mirror - duplicate - image - flip - mirror and merge down

Open Element 147 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 154 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place toward the  bottom

Open Element 106 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom 

Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left up from the bottom - See my tag for ideas x

Open Element 60 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 37 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 172 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open your tube and paste as a new layer in the centre of the tag

Open Element 7 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 3 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Paper 31 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
