Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Grey

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 49 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 - resize by 70 and Sharpen - Selections - Invert - Delete and select none - Move under the frame - Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 40 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Erase the parts sticking out from the frame - Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Right back at the top!

Open Element 42 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Mirror and position on the top - merge down

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom of the canvas

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top of the frame - duplicate - image - flip and merge down

Open Element 49 again and resize as you did before - Rotate 90 Left and place in the centre - click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and place in the centre - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move all under the frame

Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 14 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Place on the top left of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror - flip and merge down

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
