Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600

Open Sparkles and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 and position just right off the centre - click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - open paper 2 and paste as a new layer - open your tube and paste - position in the centre - when happy - duplicate and hide for now - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame

Open String and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the top of the frame - duplicate and position along the bottom - merge down

Open Love Letters - Image - Mirror - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Dangle - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame

Open Balloons - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Flower Box and paste as a new layer - resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Glass - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Tree and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open Sparkles 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Wordart - resize by 70 and position along the bottom

Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the overhanging parts

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
