Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 100 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position at the top - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge down

Open Frame 10 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Element 81 - resize by 50 - Position - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag

Open Element 41 - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 70 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the top right

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre and erase the previous layer so it fits around the tube

Open Element 59 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the tube - Move under the stereo layer and position to the end of Independant

Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer - resize as before and position below the previous layer

Open Paper 21 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
