Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 32 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Image - Mirror and position toward the top of the canvas

Open Element 23 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Apply Fritillary at the settings above - Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 22 - resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the top right - Duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 59 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left - Duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 97 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 41 - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place above centre

Open Element 36 - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right

Open Element 89 and paste - resize  by 45 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 5 - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer to the top - Duplicate and position underneath

Open Element 88 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 75 and paste as a new layer on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 91 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 27 - Resize by 90 - Position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down - Open Element 43 - Resize by 80 - Place on the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
