Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - White and Dark Brown
Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 19 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge down
Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top
Open Wordart - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place in the centre and apply Gradient Glow using the settings above
Open Element 21 - resize by 50 - Sharpen - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Right and position on the top right - Erase some of the string that sticks out the top
Open Element 24 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down
Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer on the top left
Open Element 28 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Element 29 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Image - Flip and position on the bottom
Open Element 10 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Position on the right slightly above the original - Merge Down
Open Element 3 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the top left
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre
Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
