Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 7 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom

Open Element 72 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the previous layer

Open Element 100 and paste as a new layer - place on the top of the canvas

Open Element 50 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Element 111 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Element 141 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top left

Open Element 155 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the canvas

Open Element 57 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position in the right - duplicate and position on the left of the frame - merge down - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Hard Light

Keeping on the tube layer - Open Element 97 - position toward the bottom - duplicate - image - flip and merge down

Back to the top - Open element 135 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - duplicate - image - mirror - merge down

Open Element 4 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 90 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame

Open Element 37 - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 61 - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 1 - Image - Mirror - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the right of the previous layer - Open your tube and paste as a new layer in the centre

Open paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
