Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 85 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top

Open Element 118 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 145 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the bottom - Open Element 87 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom so half sticks out under the frame - Move back to the top layer

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - Position on the far right

Open Element 68 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge down

Open Element 129 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top right on the cloud

Open Element 115- Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left and position on the right of the frame

Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top right and apply gradient glow at the settings above

Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down

Open Element 80 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - image - flip and position on top of the previous layer - merge down

Open Element 52 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 61 - Paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 178 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top

Open Element 143 - Paste as a new layer and position on the left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position toward the left and apply Radiance at the settings above

 Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
