My Valentine - FTU

I am using the art of Chris Pastel which you can find HERE 
I am using the FTU Scrapkit Valentines Day by Ceridwyn Rose which you can find HERE 
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Red

Open a new image 600x600
Open Glitter Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Position toward the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and flip - merge down
Open Glitter Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the top - duplicate - image - flip and merge down
Open Glitter Splat 3 and paste as a new layer - position on the right - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down when happy
Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - click inside with your  magic wand - Selections - Modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste - open your tube and position in the frame - when happy - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Open Rose Cluster Frame and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and move to below the previous frame - click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - open Crystal Element and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 and position on the top of the frame - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame
Open Sparkles 01 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror - flip and position toward the top - merge together
Open My Valentine Wordart and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Position to the bottom  left of the frame
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place on the right

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
