Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Pink

Xero - Radiance - 182, 115, 128, 79

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position in the centre

Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place toward the top - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 1 and resize by 60 - Sharpen and position just above the centre of the clock

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 6 - Image - Mirror - Position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your tube and position - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Position to the top - Selections - Invert - delete - select none and move both under the frame - duplicate the web and image - flip - position on the bottom right and erase the overhanging parts - Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top erasing the bottom parts that are overhanging

Click on the paper layer - Open Element 20 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Move under the tube layers

Apply Radiance to both of your tube layers

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
