Open a new image 600x600

Open pentagram and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place just below centre

Open Moon - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top centre

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the middle

Open dead branches and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left - Duplicate and position on the right - merge down

Open Clock and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the previous layer on the right

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Position on the arch part of element 1 - See my tag for the placement idea's

Open Mailbox and paste as a new layer - Position on the far left 

Open Grail and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the previous layer

Open Grass 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - duplicate and place below the original - merge down

Open Vampire Cradle and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the grass

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the left of the previous layer - Open Candle 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag

Open Skulls 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - duplicate - image - mirror and position next to the original - merge down 

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre and apply gradient glow at the settings above

Open Cat - Image - Mirror - resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Rock - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
