I am using the PTU Scrapkit Ice Princess by Abstract made to match the tube which you can find HERE

Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 91, 128, 112
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down
Open Element 38 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the previous layer
Open Element 24 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right
Open Element 16 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right
Open Frame 4 - resize by 85 - Sharpen - Place in the centre
Open Element 5 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - merge down
Open Element 4 and repeat the above steps but firstly place it on the top left
Open Element 47 - Paste as a new layer and place on the bottom left
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above
Open Element 42 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube
Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
