Open a new image 600x600

Open HeartSplatter and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom - duplicate - image - flip and merge down

Open Rose Petals and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom centre of the tag

Open Heart Locket Necklass and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Bag of Rose Petals and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the left of the neckless layer

Open Frame Medallion and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top - image - mirror - Click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the right frame - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - change the blend mode of the tube to Multiply

Open loop bow 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize  by 45 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame - duplicate and position below the original - merge down

Open rose red and paste as  a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the frame

Open Love Hanger and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of the frames

Open love fairy 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the right frame

Open Doggie - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom centre right - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
