Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 79 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Position at the top and duplicate twice - Position one under the other - merge these layers together

Open Element 50 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 20 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - On the paper layer - Go to Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass - Default

Open Elemenet 51 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Position over the frame and move down slightly

Open Element 69 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 20 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 and position on the right

Open Element 61 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame

Open Element 22 - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position along the bottom of the frame

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 and place on the left

Open Element 81 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position in the heart on the previous layer - Angle it slightly so it fits better

Open Element 82 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 7 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom right

Open Element 4 and resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tube

Open paper 19 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
