Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 85 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the top

Open Element 94 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position toward the right of the canvas above centre

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and position to the right - click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 30 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up of your tube and position in the frame - selections - invert - delete - select none and move both under the frame - change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L

Open Element 77 - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the right - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down when happy

Open Element 79 and paste as a new  layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the far right of the tag - Open Element 78 - resize by 25 and sharpen - place below the previous layer

Open Element 88 and paste as a new layer - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the left - move under the pillar

Open Element 104 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame - duplicate - image - flip - mirror and merge down 

Open Element 101 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open Element 9 - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 32 - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 49 - resize as before and place on the right of the champagne

Open Element 83 and paste as a new layer - resize by 55 and sharpen - Place on the bottom

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on top of the V and E on the previous layer

Open your tube and resize if necessary - Position toward the left 

Open Paper 23 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
