Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat White and yellowy gold from the tube
Xero - Radiance - 128, 170, 82, 85
Open a new image 600x600
Open Doodle Brush and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down
Open Bricks - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre
Open Flower Frame - Paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 - Paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - change the blend mode to Multiply
Open Sparkle Trail - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Mirror and Merge down
Open Pearl Branch and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen - Position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Leaves - Repeat the above steps and Merge together
Open Flower String - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Paste on the far right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down
Open Flower Sparkles - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position in the centre
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above
Open Grass - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom of the tube - Duplicate - resize by 80 - Mirror and place along the bottom - merge down
Open Wooden Balls - resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom
Open Wordart Shadowed - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
