Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Unhide the duplicate and making sure its above the frame - Erase the overhanging parts of the tube

Open Element 2 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the frame

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the tag - Move under the tube layer

Open Element 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom centre of the tag

Open WordArt and resize by 45 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom of the tag on the right of the cross - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tube - See my tag for placement ideas :)

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - 90 Left

Position on the left of the frame - Duplicate ang angle to the right using your deform tool - Position on the bottom and mergge down

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png -  Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 17 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Duplicate and position in the centre of the side of the frame - Merge these together

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 55 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the frame

Duplicate and move below the original - Merge Down

Duplicate and Image - Mirror - merge down

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left on top of the feather - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right of the tag

Open Element 23 and paste - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the top left of the frame

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre of the frames

Open Element 13 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the tube - Erase the tube parts that stick out under this layer

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group - Apply Fritilary at the settings above

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 32 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Left - Position on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - Rotate - 90 - Right and position on the side on the right hand side of the frame - Merge Down and move under the tube

Open Element 19 - Resize by 15 - Sharpen More - Position on the top right of the frame

Duplicate twice and position one under the other - Merge Down

Duplicate - Rotate - 90 Left - Position on the top of the frame - Merge Down and move under the tube

Open Element 33 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the frame

Click inside the white frame with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open your image and paste as a new layer - Position and Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None, move under the frame

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Apply a different mask of choice - Merge Group

Change the blend mode of the image in the frame to Overlay

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name -Save again - Done

Change the blend mode of the close up to Screen

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen

Position on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and position below - Merge Down

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 11 - Resize as before and position on the top right next to the previous flower

Duplicate and position on the top right of the previous flower - Duplicate again and position on the bottom right of the frame

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the middle right of the tag

Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Position on the top and apply Gradient Glow - Fat White and Dark Blue and Repeat

Open Element 9 - Paste and resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right of the tag

Open Element 18 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left and apply Gradient Glow - Fat - Both colours black

Open Element 1 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - position so it looks as if the crow is sitting on her shoulder

When happy - Duplicate and hide for now

Position - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both the paper and tube under the frame

Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the overhanging parts 

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open WordArt 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position to the right and move above the wire layer

Apply Radiance to both your tube layers at the settings above

Click on the black frame - Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer positioning in the centre

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen 

Position on the right of the wordart and move underneath

Click on the red frame - Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the frame

Duplicate - Move above the original and Merge Down

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Repeat the above steps placing the element on the top right of the frame
