Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Frame 3 - Flip - Rotate by 90 Right and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 5 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Open Element 7 - Resize as before and place on the bottom right - Open Element 4 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Duplicate - Flip and merge down - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 16 - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag - Open Element 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Erase any of the tube that sticks out underneath - Open Element 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Wordart - resize by 76 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
