Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 21 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Place in the centre

Open Element 28 - Paste as a new layer - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen

Place in the centre - Open Element 36 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen

Position in the centre of the frame and move below 

Open Element 30 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position over the frame layer

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside the circle frame with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Unhide the duplicate and moving above the black frame - Erase the overhanging parts of the tube

Open Element 51 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the top of the right side of the black frame - Duplicate - image - Flip - Merge Down - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Open Element 35 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Position on the bottom of the frame - Merge Down

Open Wor1 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom 

Click on the feather layers - Open Element 40 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the tag

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Down

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
