Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the top

Open Element 53 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 58 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Flip - Position at the top left

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Position on the bottom right

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left side of the frame

Open Element 35 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the frame

Open Element 44 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame

Open Element 50 - Paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag

Duplicate twice more and position next to each other - Merge these grass layers together

Open Element 4 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 -Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 2 and paste as  new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place at the bottom of the tag

Open Element 57 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 30 - Sharpen

Position on the top right on the white flowers

Open Element 39 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 3 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a square mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
