Filters Used:
Mura's Meister - Copies - Encircle
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Apply Copies at the settings above and position to the right of the canvas
Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position under the previous layer
Open Element 26 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom right of the flower frame
Open Element 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position below the previous layer
Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge Down - Send to the bottom
Click on your circular frame - Open Element 22 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Position on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Merge Down
Click on the bear layer - Open Element 3 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the right and move under the bear
Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the frames - Send to the bottom
Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position behind the bear
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Position on the left - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now
Apply a circular mask of choice - Merge Group - Unhide the duplicate and erase the line part of the legs of the tube
Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
