Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer

Place in the centre

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 90 - Place in the middle

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place at the top

Open Element 13 - Image - Mirror - Paste as a new layer

Position on the right - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on the stripe and tree layers

Move under the frame - On the stripe layer - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Element 20 - Resize by 90 - Place at the top of the tag

Open Element 24 - Resize by 90 - Paste as a new layer over the frame

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position on the right of the tag

Open ELement 25 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right of the previous layer

Open Element 28 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 -Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left

Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 36 and paste - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position below the previous layer

Open Element 37 and paste - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the last layer

Open Element 33 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Element 43 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left centre of the frame

Open Element 35 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position between the cat and the pumpkin candle on the bottom right of the tag

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers -  Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
