I am using the PTU Scrapkit Autumnal Days by Moonshine Dezinez which you can find HERE 

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 3 - Paste as  a new layer and place in the centre

Click inside it with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer

Open your close up tube and position on the far right of the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both the tube and paper under the frame

Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer over the paper 

Click on the paper layer - Open Element 24 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open Element 41 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and paste as a new layer

Position below the frame on the right

Open Element 49 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen

Position on the bottom left of the tag

Open Element 10 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the far left next to the previous layer

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Element 42 - Resiz eby 80 - Sharpen and position on the far left of the tag

Open Element 46 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Duplicate 3 more times and position them next to each other at the bottom of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Click on the frame layer - Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer

Position to the right and duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png  - Add your name - Save again - Done
