Open Element 96 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 and Sharpen - Position in the centre
Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer
Position in the centre
Open Element 125 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85 - Sharpen and again - Place in the centre
Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position just below centre
Open Element 122 - Image - Mirror - Resie by 80 - Sharpen and position to the left
Open Element 75 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the top right of the tag
Open Element 1 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position just below the centre of the moon
Open Element 67 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the frame
Open Element 79 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag
Open Element 127 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place in the centre
Open Element 73 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position just below the heart balloon on the left
Open Element 62 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position below the previous layer
Open Element 85 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position toward the top
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resize if needed and position in the centre
Open the devil cat - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag
Open Element 111 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place at the bottom of the tube
Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
