Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat Green and Black

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre

Open Element 4 - Image - Resize by 30 - Sharpen

Position on the bottom right of the frame

Duplicate and position below the original - Merge Down

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame

Duplicate and position below the original - Merge Down

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer positioning in the centre

Open Element 3 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the tubes open hand and move below

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right next to the graves

Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tube

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the top of the post on the previous layer - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place below the original - Merge Down

Open Element 16 - resize by 50 -Sharpen and position in the middle of the post on the right - See my tag for placement ideas

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
