Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 128, 88, 30, 158

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Position in the centre

Open Ribbon - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame

Open Fence and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame

Open House - Image - Mirror - Position on the right of the frame and move underneath

Open Lantern 1 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position on the right of the house and move under the frame

Open Bridge and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position behind the house and place in the centre 

Open Graves - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the tag and move below the house

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy

Open Frame 1  - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to the bottom - Position in the centre

Open Moon 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the oval frame

Open Moon 2 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position over the first moon layer

Click on the house - Open Fog 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position over the house

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a rectangular mask of choice - Merge Group

Keeping on the paper layer - Open Web 1 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
