I am using the PTU IB Kurama Phoenix Oct 2013 by Foxy's Designz which you can find HERE

Font of Choice

Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Various 

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen -Position in the centre - Duplicate twice and merge these layers together

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Element 6 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place at the bottom of the frame

Open Element 7 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen

Position behind the city layer

Open a close up of your tube and position on the top right of the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on all layers and move under the frame

On the bottom city layer - Apply Gradient Glow - Fat - White - light Blue

Change the blend mode of the close up to Screen

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen

Position on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and position below - Merge Down

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 11 - Resize as before and position on the top right next to the previous flower

Duplicate and position on the top right of the previous flower - Duplicate again and position on the bottom right of the frame

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the middle right of the tag

Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Position on the top and apply Gradient Glow - Fat White and Dark Blue and Repeat

Open Element 9 - Paste and resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right of the tag

Open Element 18 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left and apply Gradient Glow - Fat - Both colours black

Open Element 1 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - position so it looks as if the crow is sitting on her shoulder

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
