I am using the PTU Scrapkit Bundle Enamorte Package 21 by Ladyhawwk Designs which you can find HERE
This is tut 3 of 3 using the pack
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice
Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Thin - Light Blue
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 30 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left
Position toward the top - Duplicate and position below the original - Merge Down
Open Frame 4 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Open Element 52 - Resize by 20 - Sharpen
Position on the middle right of the frame - Duplicate twice more
Position one above and below the original - Merge these 3 together
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down
Open Element 51 - Image - Flip
Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place in the centre
Open Element 27 - Image - Rotate - 90 Left
Position on the right of the tag - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down
Open Element 21 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre - Resizing if necessary
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
