Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 96 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Duplicate and merge down

Open Element 107 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place in the middle

Open Element 34 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Send to below centre

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open Element 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the middle

Open Element 76 - Image - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top right

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 46 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right

Open Element 79 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the previous layer

Open Element 40 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resizing if necessary - Place in the centre

Open Element 28 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position near the tubes head

Open Element 75 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen - position on the right of the tube

Open Element 5 - Resize by 20 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left

Open Element 87 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tube

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Megre group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
