Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Position in the centre

Open Ribbon - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame

Open Fence and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame

Open House - Image - Mirror - Position on the right of the frame and move underneath

Open Lantern 1 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position on the right of the house and move under the frame

Open Bridge and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position behind the house and place in the centre 

Open Graves - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the tag and move below the house

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy

Open Frame 1  - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to the bottom - Position in the centre

Open Moon 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the oval frame

Open Moon 2 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position over the first moon layer

Click on the house - Open Fog 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position over the house

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a rectangular mask of choice - Merge Group

Keeping on the paper layer - Open Web 1 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Ok, starting from bottom to top - Let's Go!

Open a new image 600x600

Open Clouds and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position at the top of the canvas

Open Stars and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the top right of the canvas

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Grass 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position on the bottom of the tag

Open Cluster and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen 

Position on the left of the tag

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Tree 4 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen 

Position on the right of the tag

Open Headstone 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Ghost 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left of the gravestone

Open Cauldron and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen

Position on the right of the gravestone layer

Open Candycorn 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the couldron

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Place next to the original

Duplicate the original Candycorn and place next to the duplicate

Repeat until there are 5 candycorns on the bottom of the couldron and merge the candycorn layers together

Open Books - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer

Open Broom - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Using your deform tool - Angle it to the right a little

Open Spider - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Bat 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on top of the spiders hat

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position to the right just off centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Open a close up of your tube - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None 

Change the blend mode of the tube to Lighten

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Use your deform tool and angle them to the right - See my tag for placement idea's

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resizing if necessary

Position in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Witches Brew and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the tube and move underneath

Open Pumpkin - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the brew

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open a close up of your tube and position toward the top of the frame

Open Ocean and paste as a new layer - Position toward the bottom of the frame

Open Boat 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the ocean

When happy with all positioning - Selections - Invert - Delete on all the layers - Select None and move under the frame

Change the blend mode of the tube to Screen

Open Sunlight - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame

Open Palm Tree 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position to the right

Open Lighthouse - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Sign 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top right under the previous layer and the palm tree

Open Sparkles 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position over the bottom

Duplicate and position at the top moving under the beach sign layer

Open Grass 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen 

Position on the bottom right of the lighthouse - Duplicate twice more and place next to each other - Merge Down

Open Sand 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the tag

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and move under the original - Merge Down

Open your main tube and paste as a new layer

Position on the bottom of the tag on top of the sand

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both under the frame

Change the blend mode of the close up to Luminance

Open your main tube and paste as a new layer

Position to the left of the tag

Open Circles 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Send to above the wordart layer

Open Butterflies 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Positon on the top circle of the Circles 1 layer

Open Vases - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left below the Dress Form and Luggage Layer

Open Hearts and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left under the vases

Open Clutch - Resize by 20 - Sharpen More and position on the left of the tube

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer

Open your tube and position in the frame

Open Sparkles 1 and paste as a new layer

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move all under the frame

Change the blend mode of the tube to Exclusion and erase any of the sparkles that shows over the tubes face

Open City Scene 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen 

Position at the bottom right of the canvas

Open Cake 2 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the city scene layer

Open Butterfly 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position to the left of the cake

Open Present 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the right of the cake layer

Open Balloons 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position to the far left of the tag and send to the bottom

Open Heart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position to the bottom right of the city scene

Open Stars and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to above the city scene layer

Open Disco Ball 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Move to the top right and send to the bottom

Open Lights 2 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Position to the left and send to the bottom

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Resize if necessary and position at the bottom of the tag

Open WordArt 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Move to the top over the frame

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above and Repeat

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add corrrect copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Move under the frame

Open Frame 2 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position over the first frame

Unhide your duplicated tube and erase the bottom part with your eraser tool

Click on the square frame layer - Open Tree 3 and paste as a new layer

Position on the left and erase the bottom of the tree trunk

Click on the circle frame - Open Bow - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen

Position on the top right of the frame

Open Moon 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror

Position on the top left and send to the bottom

Open Scattered Petals and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open Sparkles 2 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Flip - Position at the bottom

Duplicate and position above the original - Merge Down

Duplicate - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror - Place at the top and move under the tube

Open Hearts 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open Paper 18 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
