Xero - Radiance - 164, 121, 85, 112

Ok, starting from bottom to top - Let's Go!

Open a new image 600x600

Open Clouds and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position at the top of the canvas

Open Stars and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the top right of the canvas

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Grass 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position on the bottom of the tag

Open Cluster and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen 

Position on the left of the tag

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Tree 4 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen 

Position on the right of the tag

Open Headstone 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Ghost 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left of the gravestone

Open Cauldron and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen

Position on the right of the gravestone layer

Open Candycorn 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the couldron

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Place next to the original

Duplicate the original Candycorn and place next to the duplicate

Repeat until there are 5 candycorns on the bottom of the couldron and merge the candycorn layers together

Open Books - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer

Open Broom - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Using your deform tool - Angle it to the right a little

Open Spider - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Bat 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on top of the spiders hat

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position to the right just off centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Open a close up of your tube - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None 

Change the blend mode of the tube to Lighten

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
