Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Thin - Black

Xero - Radiance - 73, 167, 121, 146

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position in the centre

Open Flower 2 and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position at the top of the frame

Open Swirl and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Spell Books and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Broom 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place at the bottom

Open Pumpkin 2 - Image - Mirror - Paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on top of the broomstick

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position on the right of the tag

Open Cauldron 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tube

Click on the frame layer - Open Bow 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Angle it to the right slightly using your deform tool

Open Spider 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the tag

Open Bats and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the top of the tag

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer above the previous layer - Apply the same mask - Merge Group

Change the blend mode of this layer to Multiply

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
