Open Element 46 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right and paste as a new layer on the top of the canvas - Open Element 95 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the canvas - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 80 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Element 85 - Place on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer on the top of the tag

Open Element 44 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 48 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 82 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place down the bottom of the previous layer

Open Element 49 - Paste as a new layer and place in the centre

Open your tube - Position to the right slightly - Duplicate and hide for now

Open Element 45 - resize by 65 and position on the bottom of the tube - Unhide your duplicate and erase the bottom half of the tube - see mine for reference

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 113 and paste as a new layer positioning on the left side of the tag

Open Element 129 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the far centre right of the frame - Open Element 68 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate  - Image - Mirror and Merge down - Unhide your main tube and place at the top - Erase any overhanging parts and apply Radiance to both tubes at the settings above

Open Paper 27 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Grass 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position on the bottom of the tag

Open Cluster and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen 

Position on the left of the tag

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer

Open Tree 4 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Open Headstone 1 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Place next to the original

Duplicate the original Candycorn and place next to the duplicate

Repeat until there are 5 candycorns on the bottom of the couldron and merge the candycorn layers together

Open Books - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer

Open Broom - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Using your deform tool - Angle it to the right a little

Open Spider - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Bat 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on top of the spiders hat

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position to the right just off centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Open a close up of your tube - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None 

Change the blend mode of the tube to Lighten

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Move both under the frame and change the blend mode of the tubes to Multiply

Open Flower 6 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position under the previous layer
Click on the frame layer - Open Sparkles - Image - Mirror and position
Apply Radiance to your tube at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
