Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 39 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place at the bottom
Open Element 75 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre
Open Element 56 and place as a new layer in the centre
Open Element 97 - resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place in the centre
Open Element 7 - resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place over the previous layer
Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Element 91 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the circle frame
Open Element 53 - resize as before and paste on the top right of the circle frame
Open Element 25 - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer
Open Element 8 and place in the centre of the tag
Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left
Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - Place on the left
Open Element 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom
Open Element 73 - Image - Mirror - resize by 65 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right
Open your tube and paste - resize if neede and position on the right
Open Element 27 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the top right
Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
