Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat White and Green

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the centre left

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Position on the centre bottom right

Open Frame 1 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre of the paper 

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 18 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Element 25 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position below the original - Merge down

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open your tube and paste as a new layer in the centre

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube

Open Element 20 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate and place next to the original - merge down

Open Wordart - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
