Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 90 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Position on the far right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 75 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 96 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your tube and position in the centre- Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Unhide the duplicated tube - Move to the top and erase the bottom overhanging part of the tube

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 and position on the middle right

Open Element 80 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Element 27 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place underneath the previous layer

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the previous layer - Duplicate and position next to the original - Duplicate and position on the bottom middle of the snowballs - Merge all together - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - merge down

Open Element 67 - Image - Flip - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 23 - Image - Mirror - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open Element 103 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer above the previous mask - Apply the same mask - merge group - Change the blend mode to Hard Light

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
