Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position to the right

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre - click inside both frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Selections - Invert - Delete - select none and move under the frame

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the right

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top right 

Open Element 29 - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place at the top - Duplicate - Position toward the bottom and merge down

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the left and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place to the bottom right

Open Element 24 - Resize by 20 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tree

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position between the cake and the present

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the right

Open Word Art and paste as a new layer - Place to the top right - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position to the top left of the tree

Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the wordart and move underneath

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
