Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Position slightly off centre to the left - Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move underneath
Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre
Open Element 40 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the left - Duplicate - image - mirror and merge down
Open Element 42 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the top left
Open Element 49 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - place on the right - Duplicate - image - mirror - merge down
Open Elemenr 26 - resize by 35 - Sharpen and place along the bottom
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the centre
Open Element 23 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left - Move underneath the tube
Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom and move under the tube - Open Element 3 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom
Open Element 39 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right and move under the tube
Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in front of the tree - move under the tube
Open Element 41 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the right and again move under the tube and move under to the sign
Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - move under the tube
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
