Open a new image 600x600

Open Snow Scatter and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place at the top - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Place at the bottom and merge down

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your close up tube and position - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Glitter Circle and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Ornament 3 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - erase some of the ribbon that sticks out above the lights

Open Bow and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the top middle of the frame - See my tag for placements

Open Tree - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position to the left

Open Santa and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left

Open ribbon - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Erase the parts of the tube legs that stick out under the ribbon

Open Centre piece and paste - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge dow

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
