Xero - Radiance - 128, 124, 173, 188

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 92 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen 

Place in the centre - Click in the centre of the frame with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete -Select none and move under the frame - Apply Fritillary at the settings above

Click on the paper layer - Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 and position toward the top

Open Element 28 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top - Duplicate and move underneath - merge down

Open Element 45 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Element 72 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the top right

Open Element 96 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 1 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and positon on the centre left

Open Element 91 and paste as a new layer - Place on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 98 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 75 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the previous layer

Open Element 99 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the snowman

Open Element 68 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 100 - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the previous layer

Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 78 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tube

Open Element 86 - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 65 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom centre

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
