I am using the PTU Scrapkit Sweet Steampunk by P&A Dezigns which you can find HERE

Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 167, 112, 118, 82

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 10 and paste as a new layer - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Element 21 and paste - Position - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Steampunk Flower and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position to the right of the frame

Open Cluster Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen - Image - Flip - Position in the centre - Selections - Modify - expand by 5 - Open your close up tube and position - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode to Luminance L

Open Hat - Image - Mirror - resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Steampunk Bronze and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left

Open Cluster and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Bird and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 and position on the far centre left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers  - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
