Open a new image 600x600

Open Fireworks 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Splatter and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom - Merge down

Open Clock and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Ribbon 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the centre far left of the clock - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Disco Ball and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Lights and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top

Open Firework - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the top left

Open Frame - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Centrepiece - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open City and paste as a new layer - Position toward the bottom

Open Speakers - Image - Mirror - resize by 60 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right

Open Balloons and paste as a new layer - Place on the right of the tag

Open Cake - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Banner and paste as a new layer on the bottom of the tag

Open Note and Note 2 and paste as a new layer on the canvas - resize both by 50 - Sharpen and positon one under the other on the right of the tag

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
