Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Element 22 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the roof on the right house
Open Frame 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror and Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 8 - Image - Mirror - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and again - Place in the centre
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre slightly to the bottom
Open Element 52 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and paste on the middle right of the frame
Open Element 78 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the far left
Open Element 27 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position to the left
Open Element 32 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right
Open Element 26 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right in front of the sled
Open Element 92 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position along the bottom
Open Element 71 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 and position on the bottom right
Open Element 93 - Resize as before and position on the bottom left
Open Element 76 and paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down
Open Element 84 and paste as a new layer - resize by 30 - Sharpen and position to the right of the previous layer
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the left slightly
Open paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
