Open Glitter 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Ball Chain Circle and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Place in the middle - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open drapery 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place over the frame layer - Open Bleeding Heart Vine - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the paper in the frame - Open Street Lamp - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Tree 2 and resize as before - Place on the left of the left streetlamp and duplicate - mirror and merge down - Open Glimmers - resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Charm 2 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the middle of the left streetlamp

Open Doodle - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Candle 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right of the tag - Open Fog 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position along the bottom of the tag - Open your tube and place her in the centre

Apply Radiance at the settings above - Open Folded Ribbon 3 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Bag - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open WA2 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
