Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Brown from the tube

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 27 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position along the bottom of the tag - Open Frame 6 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 86 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the frame - Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the top centre of the frame

Open Element 21 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the far right of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 28 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag

Open Element 35 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag  - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 91 and paste as a new layer positioning in the centre - Open Element 66 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place along the bottom -Open Element 16 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down -Open Element 19 - Resize as before and place on the bottom left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down - Open Element 22 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open your tube and position in the centre - Resize - Place in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above - Open Element 88 - Mirror - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the mushrooms - Open Word Art 2 - resize by 45 - Sharpen - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above Place toward the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
