Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Position over the frame - Open your main tube and place in the centre of the frame - When happy with positioning - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the left frame - Duplicate - Mirror and place in the right - Merge Down - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move everything under the frame - Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the bottom frame - Duplicate and position slightly under the original on the right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the top of the frames - Open Element 6 - resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate and hide for now  - Open Element 11 - resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Unhide the duplicated element - Mirror and place above the flower layer

Open Element 62 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 43 and place as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the far right centre of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Unhide you duplicated tube and move to the top - Open Element 20 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Wordart - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the previous layer - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the far right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 51 - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open Element 26 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the white bit on the previous layer

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
