Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Silver

Open a new image 600x600

Open Dragon Circle - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the top right of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Frame 3 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Beads - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the frame

Open Rose Stems - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the frame

Open Ribbon - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag

Open Tree  - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Bat - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place just under the tree - Open Leaf Scatter and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and place under the bat - Duplicate 4 times and position next to each other as well as on top of each other - just so its covered as much as possible - merge these all together - Duplicate - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Left and place on the left of the top scatter - merge down and duplicate and hide for now

Open Screen - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Celtic Stone - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the bottom right - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Unhide the duplicated leaf scatter and flip - Move to the top and place on the bottom left - Open Stems - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the far right - Open Serpant - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
